in Italy there is a "ghost Premier !
At the time of the first (and second) Republic, there was a President of the Council of Ministers (which for brevity and esterofililia linguists call Premier), appointed by the President of the Republic (which Napolitano will call for resignation) shall commence consultations with the leaders of the various political parties in order to form a government that had the confidence (the majority of the votes) in parliament.
In our times, without anyone noticing it (let alone the "alert" the cast of journalists), there is a Secretary (elected by the "primary" who have no legal or constitutional significance) of a party (which is not never been voted in the election, in that simply did not exist at the time of formation of the parliament) formally announcing (with great relevance and media) political consultations that, in theory, should have a fundamental importance for the assets, not only politicians but even constitutional of our country.
Veltroni, announced the number of TG pompous, initiated consultations, beginning with the opposition parties and respecting the "tradition" formal (for a genuine Premier in charge, not a ghost) the reverse order of importance (ie political weight), starting from the leader Fini (to) AN, ending with Berlusconi.
small detail, but perhaps we all forgotten that there is a government, which is called Premier Prodi, who just cares about everything he says and does and the opposition pulls straight on his way? This government draft, that the same Veltroni says he wants to save (since euthanasia is still illegal) until the end of term, continues to be involved in their silence "affarucci (trinkets such as: acquisition and merger of banks, appointment of top Rai and, finally, Telecom, "privatization" [ha, ha, ha!] Alitalia) without anyone interested in how you are managing our poor country and what the future plans of the government itself.
We are facing a media schizophrenia, where Prodi and Veltroni act like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.
We have a government in office that acts in the shade, while there is in fact a shadow government (led by a leader of that majority and even the Premier's own party) that strap under the spotlight of television and the press.
I who are blind or visions ... the Italians?
